		<description>I completely agree. I&#039;m from Spain and here people have been speculating with houses, not investing. Their price is well far over their real value, the square meter costs €6000 in any decent city. People commit to 50-year mortgages to afford a 60square meter apartment. 

Only because people thought that house prices would never go down and speculators tried to profit from it.
